Garth Stroyan (Pipe Corporal)

Garth has been Piping since 2005 with the SFP&D, and as Pipe Corporal is tasked with the scheduling of Solo Pipers for many Memorial Events.

Assigned to Ladder Company 12, nestled in the bucolic Rainier Valley district of Seattle.
